Behold, the Dinner & Vegan Menus at Crush Eat Drink Love

Crush Eat Drink Love, the newest restaurant and wine bar from Jenna and Michael Morton, has officially debuted at the MGM Grand.

Executive chef William DeMarco, formerly of the Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas and the Morton’s own La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway in the same resort, has created a menu featuring suitably small plates for the wine bar setting, but also substantial choices for guests seeking a full evening of robust dining.

As benefiting a chef accustomed to the very vegan-friendly environment of Steve Wynn resort, DeMarco has added an entire separate menu dedicated to vegan, vegetarian, dairy or gluten-free dishes.
