Why? Michael Morton continues his empire building.

Michael Morton may be the son of famous Morton’s Steakhouse restaurateur Arnie Morton, but he’s made his own name for himself – first by creating N9NE Steakhouse and later opening Nove Italiano over at The Palms and some of Vegas’ first ultra-clubs. In his second chapter, he’s created two additional eateries (La Cave at Wynn and La Comida downtown) and now he’s set to add another to his portfolio. Together with his wife Jenna, he’ll debut Crush this evening. While the space is a sizable 7,000-square-foot space and resembles a greenhouse, the focus will be squarely on chef William Demarco. The shrimp risotto, octopus ceviche, sliced sirloin, wood-fired pizzas and the like are designed to pair well with their strong liquid program.
